OK, I watched it again and recorded all the figures.

4 shipments of 30,000 starting in July= 120,000 CY2023
15000 PLL
15000 NEW OFFTAKE per shipment

C$85,000,000 per shipment X 4 = C$340,000,000 CY2023

PLL- 150000 x 900= 13,500,000 sc6
OTA- 15000 x 4766.67= 71,500,000 Total C$85,000,000 sc5.6? (its worse if they are selling sc6 at this price)

So C$4766.67= US$3543.45= AU$5270 or a US$3796 sc6 price

Not sure if they will pay any tax this year, as there is a plethora of costs and year 1 depreciations they can claim.

Not the greatest concentrate price I have heard, below current spot price of US4150

So what's the catch? And there better be one.....they better not be giving it away again.

JV investor partner?

Take all the concentrate they can, then assist and part pay for the carbonate plant, and then some or all our carbonate?

42,000 retail holders...if they screw this offtake up, after what we have been through, I will be happy to lead the lynch mob up to Eagle street...
