Overnight VTI has risen 11% in London, and more significantly, Vert-Eco has risen over 20%. I think it could be safe to assume that the due diligence period is over. It has been very curious that Vert-Eco has risen ever since the announcement almost 2 months ago, while VTI has been on a steady slide. The big question is WAS IT A REAL SALE? If so, VTI has also benefitted by a substantial rise in its 40% interest in Vert-Eco, apart from any sales that may ensue. Do your own research.
Cheers
