Seriously, without commenting on the merits & flaws of the business itself, the capital strategy has been very weak. The over reliance on the opies and the constant belief SP will get better has led them to have no choice. Same blind arrogance as MME. We will be diluted substantially. Get some $$$ ready to participate in likely SPP to mitigate this. Unlike MME, market has not gone for the kill. "Yet", some will say. I don't know. It wouldn't surprise me if the SP gets pushed down in the next couple of weeks to hand an even better deal to the next investors. Thumbs down on management for this. I am a substantial holder with a fine understanding of what they do, and would be very happy to be wrong. So spare me the +/- ramping comments.
