Considering the share price performance of GGP I must say that you guys on this forum are the most positive and upbeat I have ever come across.

Most people whine, complain, blame management or create conspiracy theories. But everyone here seems to be positive and looking forward to all the great projects that GGP has coming over the next few months.

I must say that you are a resilient lot. So I think a congratulations are in order.
