I must be making an impact... hitting close to the mark. Perhaps a few of the posters on this thread are some of the DEAD WOOD within Telstra who are responsible for its poor performance, who knows?

One thing for sure, I speak with the experience of someone who has been in business for longer than many on this thread have been alive. I have experienced what Telstra can do to damage small business and I have seen the opposite in many companies who understand how to access the goldmine that is available to anyone who can make their customers happy.

I am about instigating CHANGE. Perhaps some readers who don't see the need to defend the indefensible (TLS) are busy writing to the board and demanding better. Those who feel a personal connection with Telstra probably feel offended by anyone who criticises it. TUFF.

To sit back and have a hate session blaming the Govt. for everything wrong in their lives is the domain if prime LOSERS.

I will continue to post as and when I feel like doing so. As I said before, if you don't like it, you don't have to read it. Otherwise MYOB!
