Surely this is not allowed, registering interest in moving over if 80% is reached is one thing, but automatic acceptance on that interest hitting the 80% mark seems a bit dodgy to me. Just because I'm interested in something doesn't mean I'm going to commit to it more just taking more notice and research before committing, that is, signifying interest does not = acceptance.

Has to be some consumer watchdog or the like that looks at this sort of thing, as it's very confusing and not above board. Needs ro be a disclaimer surely in plain English stating that if you register interest and the total interest reaches that 80%, your shares are automatically forfeit and you accept the MIN offer by default
