They cannot renew there State and Federal leases. If you are producing HE2 then you can hold the Lease by production. If not the Mineral lease will go up for auction and if the area is good the Big companies will out bid Blue Star. Privately held mineral leases will be open to negotiation but will go to companies that show the best chance of getting a well drilled.
