That's in relation to Indian trades with Russia.

They encourage their companies to trade in either Russian roubles or rupees - but NOT in USD.

Nothing wrong with that.

The issue is about moving away from USD; since its seizure of $300B Russian forex reserves.

And its NOT only India, South Africa, Middle East, Brazil - its being discussed with ASEAN countries as well.

They are all diversifying from USD and Euros - for the aforementioned reason of course.
