The basis of The Voice is that Aboriginal people should be the ones advising on policy directed at Aboriginal people. Not that people of other ethnicities who support The Voice should know what needs ro be done in places like Katherine and Broome. If those people knew what strategies would work, The Voice would be unnecessary.
