So true coolhead and I suggest that if anyone here is interested in doing a little research, you should start at a company which recently changed its name to Fe Ltd.

Have a look at a recent acquisition of tenements, referred to as Mooloogool, and in close proximity to PDY's tenements, look at the familiar names which keep coming up.......then start connecting the dots.

DM is a businessman and there is no way he would waste time and money on a court case, simply over sour grapes!!!

Btw, if you're upset about the piggyback options and think that DM is the great crusader, then please consider this - if a script bid was proposed where the sp was valued at under 2 cents, all the listed options would be out of the money. I'd hate to guess how many mums and dads own listed options and they don't even have voting rights.
