The tenor of the article is that people are using pay advances, with fees attached to service multiple BNPL accounts which in turn have multiple fees attached, which have been used to buy groceries and petrol and left people with vast debt. Morally or financially it is not a good look in the face of the Australian government about to decide upon regulating BNPL
