    The continual dilution through issuing stock when making acquisitions means there’s little chance RPM’s roll up strategy will be successful. It is honestly more like a Ponzi scheme in how it has managed to keep afloat. Now that money is no longer free, inflows of cash have dried up and the Ponzi house of cards is stuffing.
