    OK, so what did your mate Zels say? He said the Russkies will be kicked out of ALL of Ukr by 31 Dec 2023 and you will just have to wait till then ie 31 Dec 2023!! You have not given us any updates from Zels so I will assume you cannot have reported to him yet.
