    The important thing to remember, Gentlemens, is that we are being asked to vote 'Yes' or 'No' on Albanese's Voice proposal, not Dutton's proposal. That is the way people will be asked on their voting slip.

    My question is: Does it matter to voters' intentions whether Dutton has a better proposal, a half baked proposal, or even none at all?
