They may or may not be right!
Do not forget there has been a pandemic and an unforeseen war that has rattled world markets, in particular the riskier speculative sector of the market.
In general, the whole spec. sector has suffered, except for a few companies which have managed to "crack it"!
As time moves, so do new ideas and new techniques.
During the pandemic a new Managing Director thought there might be an opportunity to reevaluate the Quicksilver project. He was right. He moved on. The company trod water for a while, then Jordan picked up the reins, led on till recently when Damon has taken the saddle! But the reevaluation has been progressing steadily and looking better at each step.
Quicksilver, as @Nowhere Man has been pointing out, does indeed look to be on the cusp of being viable, commercial, and has every indication of being profitable. How profitable? All basics being sustainable, over a 20 year mine life, my rough low estimate is $75million per year profit on NICKEL and COBALT alone, that is WITHOUT taking into account REE or SCANDIUM.
The price of all critical minerals will only go one way in the long run - UP!
Indications are that REE and SCANDIUM may be significant.
THEN, there are the other EXCELLENT LITHIUM and GOLD PROJECTS, which, at any time, one or more could be a WILD CARD that is a bobby-dazzler!
IMO, MC is currently peanuts! Should be Cashews? Pecans? Macadamias? Heck, not even nuts at all !
