2023 - ESS sells 11mt for 130mil aud.

Kidman and Moblan were purchased in a period of low prices. However way above current valuations for LCE or Sc6.

The Chinese mine has large lepodite issues but bought at higher premium. Gl1 paid more that the 150per 10Mt for the last 20%, again it was in a period of very high valuations.

ESS, probably cheap end when prices are high but the deposit doesnt seem to have the ability to scale up.

The point is, these companies had a verified Jorc. and were bought in a High and Low period of lithium prices. Each deposit has different characteristics, but the general theme is the 150 per 10mt.

ALB are upping the anti with 350mil per 10mt, however that amount is per production. Pre production valuations are far greater than the deposits above that were explored amounts. CXO and Sigma are two companies that have much greater valuations per MT due to thier stage of development.

Wr1 are sitting on at least 23mt.
20mt for Jamar, 3mt for Cancet, both deposits based on these two numbers have low strip ratio, good minerology, and be +1% lith oxide, and above 8- recoveries. This valuation should equate to the 150per 10mt, and both deposits have the ability to scale up which does not appear to be the case with ESS.

So for simplicity case this should be 300mil mcap + cash of 60mil. 360mcap.

So atm $2.12 should be our base without any possibility of increasing MT.

Thanks for such food analysis. Im wondering what is going to happen if we have takeover offer then CE accept the offer??
