I think its going to be many different trials, given that when the Libs return to popularity and form gov again they'll have the say as to changing the details of the voice to suit what they see as their needs.
the whole point of constitutional inclusion is to ensure they cannot be silenced again as they were when ATSIC was abolished. and it should have been abolished as it had deteriorated to become a means for personal wealth for the elites who comprised the board..... but it should have been replaced with a model that would be productive without the corruption.
if the new Voice is "based on the same old failings" it won't achieve anything. its up to parliament to design the new Voice so that proper regulation and oversight ensures corruption (the same old failing) doesn't recur.
