5% of minority shareholders (345mln shares) can forward a written letter requesting a general meeting which must be acknowledged within 21 days (from memory) and meeting advertised and implemented within 28 days by the Board if the need arises on any matter which is clearly an oppression of minority shareholders. I believe it costs money but havent found out a definite answer who pays.
The thing with oppression is that its not seen as one large individual act by the majority shareholder but the sum of many insignificant ones that spells the definitive meaning of minority shareholder oppression.
