Price rises recently due to positive outlook of share via SCE report and valuation, rolling out of commercial deals and collaborations etc.
Price drops because of market conditions.
I would only be genuinely concerned if poh dropped because of bad news re POH, not because of market.
New buyers who just got on, have every right to be cautious as they probably don't truly understand the company.
Once the storm settles, these buyers will be back, better informed, and if lucky enough for them, at a cheaper price.
That's why I believe in fundamentals over charts, as a share can rise and fall due to trading and general sentiment, but its the fundamentals that will keep your holdings safe and sound in the long term. That's not to say I don't find das's and other chart stuff fascinating, but it's also why I see this as a buying opportunity rather than selling, and that's where the chart stuff can be helpful. Obviously just my opinion.
