    Hi Eileen,

first you need to understand that this company was established for the interests of a selected few. I have followed this company since 2017, and was enticed by the potential of its positioning in the medical marijuana industry.

as years go by, you start to see where the money is being spent (just look at the financials, it’s right there). I was also fortunate enough to cross paths with a wealthy gentlemen in my real estate career who was in the psychedelic and MM space and just casually asked him about CPH.. I found it odd that he didn’t know or heard of CPH and I mentioned the infamous A.Blu… you could see the light flicked in his head. I took his advice and exited at 50cents.

thing I picked up is that this company loves announcing fluff with little or no follow up e.g. cannabis infused drinks during the MM boom in 2017/2018, then quietly swept under the carpet like it was never mentioned. They did the same thing again and announced cannabis infused teas (how’s this going btw? Any bulls able to shed some light?), oh how’s the pig feed business doing? meta verse… “look at me, I’m next to Snoop Dogg”. HAHA. 300k spent and what did we achieve? always talking about the potential size of the market to draw new interest to raise funds.

back to my point above, it’s clear the company is running out of cash and hence why it’s issuing shares in lieu of payment for services. How does that affect you as a shareholder?

well imagine a 12 inch cake that was shared between 10ppl 3 years ago (representing approx 1bil shares on issue). Now that 12inch cake is shared between 20ppl (representing approx 2bil shares on issues). Clearly each person is getting a smaller size piece than before.

and before the bulls go all “yea but they grew their revenues to 8mil”… well Mr Lay is an expert in M&A… consolidating two business revenue streams IS NOT the same as organically growing revenues.. a fact often missed by new investors. They just see “oh they grew their revenues by 200% from 2019-2021”.. they never followed up with the second question…. How?

all the above is just my opinion. All the best!
