So you read the Application Form and found the place to sign, but didn't read/understand the Announcement for the SPP, page 1 and 2. How odd, but here are some fragments of the Announcement to consider.
If your 2 SPP Application Amounts have been modest then you might not be in the buy queue after your excess has been
declined and returned.
