In Oz it is called mortgage refinancing. Pexa has 99% market share here. The fee is about 33% lower than property settlement fee. I think Pexa receives $49 per transaction.
In UK it is called remortgage. Pexa UK started remortgaging last November 2022. It is still small business and will pick up over time. It is the technology for the right time. It is reliable and takes care of problem of staff shortage in UK. Pexa UK will introduce property settlement in UK early next year.
