how do i know?? Why don't you try reading the PDF? the pdf states GS became a substantial share holder. Your assumptions are ridiculous. GS bought 112 million odd shares. simple as that. what makes you think they did that for albemarle given there is no mention of this. You'd be very confused to assume that would be the case or even insinuate it. It is what it is. read the statement GS BECAME A SUBSTANTIAL SHARE HOLDER.but lets stick with PMT (buy)
