I'm just giving my opinion that you basing your position of the business through the opinions of a few disgruntled clients is quite immature. We service thousands of clients and to think we would grow without issues such a stock allocation is quote naive. It seems we were using 2 legacy systems trying to communicate between each other and causing issues. This is all old news and was an issue when dean was running the show and although serious, should be expected with a start up. End of the day we exist to service the industry and the proposition far outweighs the negative experiences of a few legacy clients.
