lets look at 10 million ton per annum plant that BH says in video he is trying to get up and running. cost of acid = 100 times 100,000 kg reactor = $100,000 dollars for acid in 10MT throughput . 200kg REE oxides per 100,000 kg of clay throughput = 20,000Kg of REE Oxides per 10MT per annum throughput. That is why grade is so important in running the plant and BH says grade is king and is the most important factor in determining whether plant will be built. The beneficiation of the clay and removing as much gangue is key in improving grade through the plant. A very important point for OD6 share holders is that high grade Splinter Rock clays can be pinpointed using AEM. Do not under estimate how important this is to OD6 and it separates OD6 from all the other Splinter Rock clays in that AEM pinpoints the high grade areas to drill. This helps in drilling costs and reduces time in forming our JORC. BH has said in video he only needs 5% of high grade areas to mine as their are billions of tons to choose from in 4 major prospects.
