The fiscal position of the federal budget has improved out of sight over the past 6 months (from predictions of deficits of $40Bn to close enough to balance, next year should be similar if they aren't too reckless). Inflation, iron ore, gold, coal, AUD, employment/unemployment, immigration all favourable.
