Matt is getting you all confused between Freelancing and Remote Work, i would suggest freelancing is rapidly declining.

With the creation of payment and recruitment companies during covid that allow businesses and enterprises to employ staff in any country whilst adhering to local employment laws, Freelancers have been transitioning to permanent and long-term contract remote work roles. They should no longer be considered Freelancers as they have gained full time employment, they aren't using platforms like freelancer, upwork or fiverr anymore for work instead opting to be employed off platforms like Cloudstaff, Influx and Beepo.

Even i now hire two remote workers as coders on 12-month contracts, it's more affordable than posting jobs with fixed contracts or hiring at hourly rates where you never know how many hours you're going to be charged for at an inflated hourly rate. My workers are happier and healthier knowing they have long term employment no longer needing to chase jobs on platforms. My coders are also more productive than anyone i ever hired on FLN.

Freelancing is well and truly on the decline and in five years what little work remains generating images, business plans, coding, logos, article writing, copywriting and SEO will all be completed by AI.

FLN doesn't have the knowledge to build anything in AI and MB doesn't have the skills to hire a team competent enough to build anything in AI.

Sorry but this company is dead, your all–better off selling at a 70% loss, a company with a MC of 92 million with no increase in revenue is not worth 92 million, this has a lot further to drop.
