bootleg, your opening comments on this thread are simply not relevant to today's market.
When the sophisticated associates were given the shares at 1.7c (with free 1 for 2 options), the PDY market price was 2c and above - a very good deal, which many posters here, at that time, would have liked the opportunity to participate in.
A lot of water has now passed under the bridge.
1. The issue itself, was detrimental to the share price. 2. The world-wide financial markets are in turmoil. 3. And now, there is the detrimental effects of having a court case - even though, the outcome, if successful could be positive to the share price. And if unsuccessful, the outcome would be neutral.
Many posters are correct though in stating that it is now a good opportunity to buy at discount prices.
