The PLL offtake begins 1st July 2023
Yearly allocation is 1st July 2023- 1st July 2024, 2025, 2026....on a pro rata basis, with allocation to all offtake customers in each shipment. As with PLL, SYAQ may have more than 1 new customer. 2026 on will be carbonate, with PLL to receive any excess not required by the carbonate plant
There is flexibility to split the allocation in each shipment as required, within reason, to fulfill the offtake requirements of each customer.
It may not always be 50/50, could be eg. 60/40, but that drop in allocation will have to be made up in a future shipment, to acquit the yearly allocation.
