Golden State Resources is pleased to announce that funds of $1.4 million have been raised by the placement of 35,000,000 shares at an Capital Pty Ltd. Each share shall have two free attaching listed for exercisable at 12c and having an expiry date of 30 November 2010. The options will be subject to shareholder approval. The issue of the shares is within the Companies 15% placement capacity.
