    Yes but nthey would have done the deal some time ago when the price was 5+ cents. The market has no doubt been manipulated down to set the price.

    The interesting thing about the raising is its for paying off debt. Not to be used for work at Para 3 or 1.

    I wonder why they have done that. Maybe they want to dig deeper into the loan account in the near future.
