obviously hasnt quite worked out for them as they woud have liked, i think the loan and these small placements were designed to get them through to a higher share price with minimal dilution (good) but various delays, dow malaise and less than enamoured market has meant it didnt quite work out for them. Sound strategy. Hopefully things start to go right from hereonin. They do appear to have killed a black cat at some stage.
