it will be to do with "Summary of Performance Rights granted to RooLife Group" only mentions sales in China not Australia. Roolife has also been issued with Aust. distributorship "RooLife’s will also assume management of Fiji Kava’s Australian based online sales" but no mention of payment or terms.
