    Sorry chaps but some one posted saying the cap raising was just about paying down the loan of 2.5m. But the report actually said the proceeds where for working capital and paying douwn the loan

    So after todays ann, the sell down was due to the cap rasing not the managements inproper conduct (this time anyway).. No ASX issues with insider trading..LOL
