Only sellers can tell you that. Each to their own. For each seller, there is a buyer. When you ask the seller, ask the buyer why they are buying.
”Where’s the value”.
The buyer you ask, will probably parrot a number of reasons similar to many posts on the PLS threads. Please go back and read them.
”Who is selling”
As above. Just insert seller for buyer.
