    I have a lot of money is GDN and will continue to hold, but this announcement is concerning. My instant reaction was that they were paying down debt so that GDN can continue to survive, and they continue to be employed, if PB3 doesn't produce the goodies. If they were confident about flows PB3, why not wait until the fracturing is complete?
