Ann: Response to ASX Aware Letter, page-36

Indeed @Markate16 there's been speculation on here for so long as to when ASX was goig to ask the 'uncomfortable' questions, well now they did, and reading through the questions and answers I'm convinced ASX was likely spoon-fed from some quarters on those questions too. AVZ answered and ASX is satisfied that under rule 3.1 there is enough there to warrant continuation of suspension. So this is neither good nor bad just indifferent. Same position AVZ has been for almost a year but now with confirmed full disclosure that ASX has had a look at it and allows further suspension.
