    Let's see, 700 sophisticated investors put in $2,000 each. I wonder if Allagra actually contacted them all, or had authority to invest where they saw fit? Anyway, what's it take to be a SI nowadays? Used to be $2.5m, I think, so would they really notice the loss if they sold at 3c?
