I think TMT is in a stalemate until the EPA gives a favourable decision. It won't matter how many positive announcements come out because without the EPA there is no project. But once that comes out it will be a tidal wave as the cumulative positivity from all prior announcements add up together.
It's important the team continue making progress in all areas of the business while we wait though.
