Hi MRichter, I agree somewhat with your comment, but I have found time and time again the EPA doesn't actually move the share dial that much. Yes it de-risks the project and gives the "green light", but if there are no orders then what's the point. BOAs are what is needed. We have a mine with BOAs and the EPA of course, with BOAs comes profitability. The day we see a BOA is the day the needle moves in the upward direction. All in my opinion.
