Not really. Perhaps they have knowledge of spodumene occurrences that warrant a higher price.
eg. Sayona paid US$86.5 mill for 60% of Moblan, which has MRE of 12.03 Mt and people are scratching their head. SYA have done over 25,000m drilling last year and are about to announce the upgraded MRE. It may justify the price paid.
