I agree - it would be a stretch at best to accuse BK of insider trading. For one, we don’t know if he’s done any trades.
However, the idea postulated in here by some (not me) that the current buy/sell activity (such as it is) is based on a very exciting announcement not yet revealed to the market is THE VERY DEFINITION of insider trading.
So to those that believe this to be true (I don’t), exactly who do you think is insider trading, and how are they acquiring their intel?
