    Yes I'm obviously uncertain what is going on but the fact that all purchases for the two days have been at or below the bid price means it might indeed be TLEA, as they cannot legally purchase above their bid price. So it kind of fits. But @Jeffro1990 makes a good point above about the substantial shareholder notice. I think a new substantial shareholder has 3 working days to lodge their notice. That might mean that on Monday 17th April (maybe even after close of trade) a notice will be lodged of a new entrant holding a significant stake that might be voted against the bid the next day.
