excellent response . Mgmt need to have time for legal scrutiny before replying to anyone during this difficult time of balancing acts . At the same time asx have to do their job of checking . The longs will have seen this in the past , and like me, not alarmed by this bau interaction . It’s clear that AVZ is absolutely clear on legal detail and their innocence and ability to defend their position in amoungst this quagmire and storm of bad actors . Sorry for those trapped but this is mgmt showing strength and capability in the face of sone very negative actors and yet AVZ remains steadfast following all the laws and standards , they are to be applauded . Truth and right is hard to beat and fight against . Well done AVZ for rising above all this and maintaining dignity , calm and legal dominance .
