It was always going to be hard to increase production - remote location - who wants to move to Narrabri when you can live in the Hunter Valley? - the no of trains in the system needed to haul such a long distance is limited and finding expert technical people at a moments notice is difficult - I think they have learnt their lessen, go for what you know you can produce and any increase is a bonus
