Couple of things.

Firstly, I’m interested in both sides of the story. Bias only leads to ignorance. I can’t expect you to understand. Tip, that doesn’t make me a “patriot” or “fascist” or whatever MSM has told you to call free thinkers. It’s not my war either and for the record neither is it yours.

How far back do I want to go? Just after the Ottoman Empire haha. Not really, 2014 will do. Unpack that time, do a bit of digging and it’s clear. The US overthrew Yanukovich, the new administration began shelling Donetsk. Putin wasted 8 years negotiating only to be told it was a ruse to give NATO time to arm Ukraine. I’m sure you’ll have no trouble ignoring Ukraines treatment of the populace in Donestsk. Putin didn’t just invade. As I recall, Ukraine could have remained independent if they didn’t join NATO but it wasn’t good enough for the “new” Ukraine. Like I said, scratch a bit and it’s amazing what comes to light. Pretty sure you won’t though, it’s been posted here many times before, it’s not a revelation. You’ll continue your crusade for US “democracy” unabated. Yes, yes, I know, it’s not true, that’s a lie, it was a fair election blah blah. Let’s just agree to disagree. I put it down to me just don’t have the unwavering trust you do in what you’re being fed.

It’s not what you want to hear and I can imagine you’ll be hitting the bud light pretty hard to formulate a retort but to be clear, it’s ok if we don’t agree. Neither of us will be able to do f’all about it. Unless of course you’re sending money to Zelenskyys war efforts directly. Just don’t expect a photo reply with a Ukrainian kid holding a box of bullets he bought with the cash in reply from him.

I’m of the opinion the Ukraine will be separated back into regions so as to give both sides their wants. The sooner this comes to fruition the better. We
Both want it to be over don’t we. Enough buffer for Putin as he always expected through the deals that were made but not honoured and a side that can be incorporated into the “just and right” freedom as long as you follow orders west. JMT
