Wow this is out of left field. As IP says it could be for BARM however if it is for PEP11 its a bit of putting the cart before the horse. I get that at some point you would have to CR for the drill but I was thinking that approval would be given first. The optimistic way to look at it is that the company knows that approval is going to be given and they are moving forward. Never a dull moment
