Time will indeed tell @ddrreeww ... not making comparisons to other companies, I'm only quoting this company. But I take your point - SYA might want a 40Ktpy Carbonate plant and so a 20Ktpy plant is only "half way there" as BL described it. Were that the case I (and I'm sure all raational SYA investors would agree) would have prefered commentary along the lines of a functionaing 20Ktpy Carbonate plant with expansion capacity to 40Ktpy.

Regarding the photos ...
do we know the grade and spec?
was there a buyer? (and if so, why was it not delivered)
was it "samples" from pilot plant operations. That's would be a fair amount of "samples" though.
was the question asked regarding how long (continuously or intermittently) that plant operated.

Given the dates of Eureka Report (shortly after NAL acquisition) and site visit, was the question asked about "halfway there" and what that comment meant and tying that back to the bags of carbonate lying around on pallets. Maybe that was asked and maybe not.
