"may result in new business" is absolutely not we need to hear.
They have been telling us for years now that things that they are doing -- partnerships, deals, telco alliances -- "may result in new business". Their flat revenue and failure for > 8 years now to turn a profit suggests that those things don't result in nearly as much new business as they would like us to believe.
They never actually tell us how many actual paying customers those deals turn into. And they seem to have no idea how much it costs them when a customer does sign up for the service, which makes them look like a "lose money on each customer but make it up in volume" type of scam.
Worse still, they have been spending as if "may result in new business" wishful thinking was the same as actual revenue.
