Both are logistics, last mile. Tight margins therefore relies on scale.
What they saddle to (ie; retail) needs to have scale opportunities.
if I can explain by example;
"Imagine if Milkrun had also delivered for multi retailers (a phone company, coffee pods etc). Each of their "stores" acting as a mini-hub?"
So rather than bashing against Giants (supermarkets), get one as a client. = Scale
